Gay Firestone Wray is President of the Roger S. Firestone Foundation and was a leader in the establishment of O’Connor House, initially helping to relocate the original adobe home, and has supported its many projects and programs over the years. Wray is a philanthropist with a long history in leadership roles, including the Smithsonian National Board, an advisory trustee of the Phoenix Country Day School, a life member of the Barrow Neurological Institute, and a member of Hospice of the Valley. She is a former director of Bank of America, Arizona, and her past philanthropic associations have included the Phoenix Zoo Auxiliary, Charter 100, Senator’s Cup, Valley Shakespeare Theatre, and Christ Church Memorial Garden.
