Rufus Glasper is president and CEO of the League for Innovation in the Community College, an international nonprofit organization that cultivates innovation in the community college space. Dr. Glasper is the chancellor emeritus of the Maricopa Community Colleges, one of the nation’s largest multi-college community college systems.

He earned a B.A. from Luther College, master’s and advanced degrees in school business administration from Northern Illinois University. He received his doctorate in higher education finance from the University of Arizona. Dr. Glasper serves on the board of directors for the Education Design Lab and the Arizona Community Foundation.
