Frank Lloyd Wright is well-known as the architect of important buildings, including Scottsdale's Taliesin West, a World Heritage Site. Wright is also the architect of ideas as to how we can better live through connections with nature and other sources of beauty. In the presentation, Stuart Graff explored the origins of Wright's ideas in American democratic thinking and discussed the lessons of Wright's work, including alternatives to urbanization and embrace of the landscape to help us create a better, post-pandemic world.
