Retired Four-Star General and Former Secretary of State, Colin Powell spoke on "Leadership: Taking Charge" on April 23, 2013 at the Phoenix Convention Center to a sold-out crowd of 1,200. General Powell was personally invited by Justice O'Connor to participate in our Distinguished Speakers Series in collaboration with the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
