Nicole Hamilton spent 14 years in the classroom before bringing her passion for civic education to the O’Connor Institute as our Education Programs Manager. After earning her degrees in Political Science and Education from Colorado State University and Regis University, she taught 8th-grade Social Studies for 14 years, sparking curiosity in hundreds of students and leading their annual class trip to Washington, D.C. Nicole joined Camp O’Connor as a Camp Counselor in 2022, where she helped inspire campers, connecting constitutional principles to develop future leaders. She also served as a Constituent Advocate in the office of a United States Congressman, assisting residents in the district.
