Noreen Bishop Hill is a longtime J.P. Morgan leader in Arizona, serving as Managing Director and Market Manager for the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Based in Phoenix, she oversees a team that provides customized wealth‑management, credit, fiduciary, and investment strategies for clients across the state. A New Jersey native, she joined the firm in 1987 and moved to Arizona in 2008, later becoming Chase’s most senior woman executive in the state as Region Executive for the Desert Mountain Region. Her leadership extends deeply into the community: she serves on the boards of Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates, Greater Phoenix Leadership, the Arizona Community Foundation, and Providence College’s School of Business, and she is a champion of initiatives such as Women on the Move.
