Four-Star Admiral (Ret.), Dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and U.S. Naval Institute Chairman of the Board James Stavridis shared an informative and comprehensive global perspective on security, including cyber security. The luncheon and program featuring the former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, took place Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the Arizona Biltmore.

McCain Institute Executive Director, Ambassador Kurt Volker came to Phoenix from Washington, D.C. to serve as moderator for a robust Question & Answer session following Admiral Stavridis' remarks. He was joined on the stage by Justice Sandra Day O'Connor who shared opinions on the various topics discussed. The event was a collaboration by the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, The McCain Institute and the Pakis Family Foundation.
