Renata Boles has been the Institute’s Office Manager for over six years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Portuguese and English. Renata is experienced with office management, customer service, assisting human resources, payroll, accounting, sales, and marketing principles and execution. She also has extensive event coordination expertise.

She brings her impeccable work ethic and experience to the Institute following a thirteen-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase and time at a start-up import enterprise, where her flexibility and resourcefulness made her a key contributor to the business’s success. Renata originally hails from Brazil and – as a proud naturalized American – brings a unique cultural perspective to the team.
